Issue identified and fixed. All successful Klarna payments now reflecting as paid on Provet Cloud. Payment dates will be manually corrected to date of payment.

An issue has been identified with Klarna payments and Adyen, who is the payment provider in cooperation with Provet Pay. This is resulting in payment links expiring and Klarna payments showing unsuccessful on Provet, but the payment between the client and Klarna has been successful. We suspect the issue is a configuration error in Adyen’s systems that is causing the payments not to be logged correctly to Provet Cloud. We are currently working on adding these payments manually to each Provet Cloud system until the issue is corrected on Adyen’s side.

This issue concerns all UK customers using Klarna and payments starting 20th December are affected.
