Klarna configuration issue effecting all UK customers

An issue has been identified with Klarna payments and Adyen, who is the payment provider in cooperation with Provet Pay. This is resulting in payment links expiring and Klarna payments showing unsuccessful on Provet, but the payment between the client and Klarna has been successful. We suspect the issue is a configuration error in Adyen’s systems that is causing the payments not to be logged correctly to Provet Cloud. Provet Pay payouts suspended for certain customers

Effective from the end of December 2024, Adyen, who is the payment provider in cooperation with Provet Pay has suspended Provet Pay payouts to certain customers pending updated KYC verification via the Provet Pay Management Page.
