The infrastructure for the Finnish Medicine Reporting integration has been upgraded.

We are now collecting a list of medicines that may have been affected by the upgrades, and resubmit them to the authorities.

Provet will perform planned maintenance to upgrade the infrastructure behind the Finnish Medicine Reporting service.

While the system is down, invoices finalised during the window will temporarily display a "failed" reporting status in the invoice view. No action is required from customers, as Provet will automatically re-report all affected invoices to Ruokavirasto once maintenance is complete, either the same afternoon or by Thursday morning, May 21, at the latest. The "failed" status will clear automatically after re-reporting succeeds.
